We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hourglass Cosmetics purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of unused or gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the products in their original packaging, if possible, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
